DATTANSHA ("DDX", "we", "us") sells digital goods on this site. Please review the product description and FAQ carefully before purchase.
Hardware Files
- Hardware file purchases are digital deliveries.
- Once the files have been delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
- If a delivery problem occurs, contact [email protected] with your payment ID for resend assistance.
Firmware Licenses
- Firmware licenses are compiled per radio serial number.
- If you enter the wrong serial number, contact support as quickly as possible.
- Corrections are easiest before compilation starts. After compilation, refunds are normally not available, but each case can be reviewed for a practical resolution.
General
- If Razorpay reports payment success but you do not receive the expected delivery email, contact support with your payment ID.
- Questions about suitability should be resolved before purchase by reviewing the available documentation, screenshots, and FAQ.
