These terms govern purchases from DATTANSHA ("DDX", "we", "us") digital storefront.
- Products sold on this site are digital products only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Hardware files are provided for personal build use.
- Firmware licenses are issued per radio serial number.
- Commercial manufacture, resale, redistribution, or sublicensing require separate written permission from DATTANSHA.
- You are responsible for compliance with amateur radio laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for safe construction, filtering, power supply choice, and lawful on-air use.
Support Scope
- Reasonable email support is available for delivery problems, serial-bound firmware questions, and common build issues.
- Support does not include full custom engineering, commercial deployment review, or unlimited one-to-one build coaching.
